If you are looking for a quiet camping experience just moments from down town Duluth, then Snowflake Camping is the place for you. We have over 25 secluded, walk-in tent sites available for just $15 per night. All campers have access to private indoor bathroom facilities in our ski chalet. Extended stay and group rates are available. We can host groups up to 25 tents in our group camping area.

Thanks to our grooming team (including the two who were stuck for a short time in slush on the oval) the trails are in very fine condition and waiting for you! The chalet is warm, too. Call (218) 726 -1550: George or Dana will happily answer questions.

Snowshoeing is an option for you too — please respect the tracked ski trails. We don’t have rentals, so you will need to have your own gear.

Winter Camping for Members

Winter camping is always an option at Snowflake — try out the tent and the “well below 0″ bags before going to the back-country. Just call George to confirm so we can leave the Chalet open for necessities. Give a three-dog night a whirl: Fifi, Fred, and Fido are always welcome providing you pick up and dispose of their droppings.
